Job Responsibilities - Assist the section head to create and execute the development plans of the Department
- Formulate the assessment plan of the Institutions Department and follow up the completion of the KPI
- Assist in analyzing and forecasting business data; help motivating the sales teams in customer marketing and doing sales analysis
- Responsible for all kinds of report summary, meeting materials, internal publicity, PPT and other text synthesis work
- Take care of the overall risk management of the Department
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments
- Responsible for cross-departmental product innovation, business linkage and system optimization and other related business management matters
Job Requirements - Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese
- Strong command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis software
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Banking experience, familiar with banking products and business development is preferred
