Job Responsibilities - Responsible for product development and enhancement, in order to improve the customer experience and product risk management, and increase the operation effectiveness
- Maintain and review the product manuals, operational work flow and guideline as well as other related tasks
- Prepare various statistics reports on key account preference and market trends, and support product marketing strategies formulation and reviews
- Prepare product promotional and training materials for both internal and external parties
- Assist in compliance job for the trade finance department
Job Requirements - University graduate with major in business management, finance, economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade finance, product management, or compliance and audit
- Good product knowledge on trade finance, or compliance and audit
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua.
