Job Responsibilities - Develop and construct proprietary trading strategies(rates trading, IG bonds trading and cross-market arbitrage) based on macro rates, credit spreads and asset rotation analysis.
- Manage proprietary trading books with defined risk limits to generate consistent returns.
- Backup for market-making transactions of investment-grade credit bonds if needed.
- Deliver on budgeted revenues with assigned risk limit.
- Conduct ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's or above degree in finance or quantitative disciplines
- Over 10 years fixed income trading experience.
- High proficiency in professional computer applications, self-motivated with strong communication,interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese，including Madarin
