Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, document, and report on critical internal control processes.
  • Identify and address risks during control and reporting reviews.
  • Build strong client relationships and explain regulatory requirements.
  • Perform daily cash flow monitoring and review exceptions.
  • Resolve new regulatory obligations and implement corrective actions for issues.
  • Manage internal and external projects efficiently.

  • Handle inquiries from clients, regulators, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with business contacts and other departments.
  • Escalate significant issues and propose solutions where needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience in the trustee services/ fund industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of UCITS, AIF investment funds, and European/local regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and adaptable to new systems.
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead or collaborate within a team.
  • Experience preparing documentation for regulators and auditors.
