Main Responsibilities - Manage inter-bank fund disbursement processing via SwiftNet, Autopay, Bill Payment etc.
- Supervise daily running of account functions including general ledger booking and reconciliation
- Prepare MIS reporting according to card associations' requirements / for internal business performance tracking purpose
- Participate in project development relating to new products / promotion, with special focus on provision of user requirements & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support Team Head and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements - University graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or secondary education with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge in accounting concept, with understanding to general banking operations will be an advantage
- Good awareness to operational risks, compliance and logistic streamlining
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good PC knowledge on the application of MS Office
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
