Investment Analyst (Late growth/ Buyout)

Responsiblities:

• Assisting senior colleagues in identifying and leading the evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Taking responsibility for operational tasks during deal execution
• Preparing and presenting investment cases to internal stakeholders
• Developing advanced financial models and conducting detailed financial analyses
• Supporting negotiations, structuring deals, and leading due diligence, valuation, and underwriting activities
• Assisting in drafting term sheets and documentation for deal structuring
• Monitoring and reporting on financial and operational performance, presenting findings to stakeholders
• Conducting valuations and supporting the development of monetization or exit strategies for assets
• Preparing reports for committees, asset reviews, and updates for clients or investors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or above degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in top-tier investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, asset management, or strategy
• Expertise in corporate finance, valuation, and building advanced financial models
• Proven ability to identify and generate investment opportunities through industry networks
• Capable of managing smaller transactions independently and contributing to larger, complex deals, including negotiation support
• Skilled in analyzing data to develop clear recommendations and solutions
• Proficient in preparing and delivering investment memos and updates to senior stakeholders
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation planning abilities
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
