Our client is a prestigious global financial institution, currently seeking a Receptionist to provide full spectrum of reception duties include managing the front desk, greeting and direct visitors as appropriate, handling telephone inquiries and performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.
As a Receptionist , you will be responsible for:-
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Manage the conference room booking of executive floor
- Answer and direct phone calls as appropriate
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, including emails, letters and packages.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team as needed
To qualify for this role as a Receptionist , you possess:-
- 5 years or more relevant experience preferably with the financial industry
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
