Head of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to lead the strategic design and execution of total rewards programs across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for a seasoned C&B professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving organizational performance through innovative reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals and market best practices.
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Drive C&B analytics and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and external consultants to advise on reward structures, executive compensation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage benefits programs, vendor relationships, and policy governance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing C&B team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and regional C&B practices, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing executive compensation and incentive plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is required.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
