Your new role As a Client Service Manager, you will be part of the Private Banking team, supporting Investment Representatives and clients across a wide range of servicing and operational functions. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions, trade processing, and compliance with internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with internal business units to ensure client documentation complies with policies and procedures
- Handling client queries and order taking
- Supporting trade booking, settlement, and funding issue resolution
- Following up on margin calls and collateral matters
- Managing transactional documentation (e.g., client suitability and eligibility)
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Completing administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and mailing of marketing materials
What you'll need to succeed - 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing roles
- Diploma or university degree
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written), given the role requires to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues & department where the language specific communication is required
- CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification
- Strong knowledge of private banking investment products (FX, equities, fixed income, derivatives)
