Your new role As a Trade Support Associate, you will be part of the Singapore Branch Operations team, supporting a wide range of institutional products and ensuring smooth trade lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include: - Timely and accurate trade capture and checkout
- Resolving trade discrepancies by liaising with trading, sales, and internal teams
- Monitoring and processing trade lifecycle events
- Reconciling and resolving trade processing exceptions
- Collaborating with technology teams on system enhancements
- Supporting regulatory reform initiatives and process deployment
- Enhancing daily control processes for regulatory reporting
- Providing backup support across other functional teams in the branch
What you'll need to succeed - 3-5 years of experience in an Operations role within financial services
- Exposure to Commodities or Fixed Income OTC products is a plus
- Experience working with sales/traders and clients
- Strong understanding of financial products and operational workflows
- Experience with automation tools is highly desirable
