Key Responsibilities
  • Support Front Office under the Global Markets Division during Asian trading hours.
  • Ensure accuracy of trades across systems, including trade checks, modifications, cancellations, and event processing (e.g., terminations, unwinds) with profit/loss reporting.
  • Handle corporate actions for equity investments, such as dividend and cash flow processing.
  • Facilitate smooth post-trade operations, ensuring trade information flows effectively between systems.
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks with Back Office, Front Office, and internal teams.
  • Provide Mark-to-Market data to Client Services and assist with related queries.
  • Monitor system interfaces, generate daily reports, and support local business growth.
  • Act as a point of contact for Trading and Sales teams for complex queries or amendments.
  • Perform end-of-day system checks, update procedures, and escalate unusual activities.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • 5-7 years in Middle Office with exposure to Equity Derivatives.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, VBA, and other PC tools.
  • Fluent in English; French or an Asian language is a plus.
  • Good judgment, alertness, and common sense.
