Responsibilities: - Handle customers' enquiries and requests related to banking products and services via telephone
- Deliver quality services to customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
Requirements: - Degree or above is preferred
- Relevant working experience in banking / servicing industry is preferable
- Independent, self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
- Hands-on PC skills in using MS Office applications and Chinese inputs
- On-shift duty is required
