Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Unix/Linux server environments, including Red Hat and Ubuntu, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Oversee data storage clusters and conduct system security operations, such as patch management, vulnerability assessments, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure data platform delivery and compliance with standards.
- Provide on-site, non-office hours, and application support as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Preferably at least 3 years of hands-on experience in server administration, data centre operations
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, particularly with Red Hat and Ubuntu distributions
- A foundational knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS Cloud
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to effectively integrate new technologies and knowledge into practice
