Your Role
- Take charge of a growing team, managing 4-5 members in Hong Kong and additional staff in mainland China.
- Directly report to the Head of Asia and contribute to strategic regional initiatives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Hong Kong's regulatory framework.
- Play a key role in driving the success of our client's operations in both markets.
What We Are Looking For
- Leadership Experience: 15-20 years of experience, ideally at an SVP level, with a proven ability to lead cross-regional teams.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of development and infrastructure.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Hong Kong's IT regulations is essential.
- Local Base: Must be a resident of Hong Kong with a robust understanding of the local market.
