Role Overview: A global multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a Senior Asia Industrial Analyst to join its Hong Kong-based investment team. This position focuses on in-depth research and analysis of industrial sectors across Asia, with a strong emphasis on Hong Kong and China. Experience covering factory automation, industrials, or automotive sectors is highly valued. Experience in covering Japan industrials is highly preferable.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive fundamental research on industrial companies, with a primary focus on Asia.
- Generate actionable investment ideas and present findings to the portfolio management team.
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting the industrial sector.
