Your Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of your designated territory, building and managing a robust sales pipeline. You'll engage with C-suite stakeholders, orchestrate complex sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions. Your mission will be to convert prospects into long-term champions and help clients reimagine their business processes.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 7-10 years of proven success in enterprise software sales
  • A strong track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in selling RPA, SaaS, or automation technologies
  • Executive presence and the ability to lead high-level discussions
  • A hunter mentality with strategic sales acumen
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but results speak louder
