Responsibilities:
  • Align with the bank's strategic direction to plan customer segment management and business strategies, set business objectives for customer segments, and enhance customer profitability contribution
  • Formulate corresponding market share expansion and marketing strategies based on segment management strategies and value propositions, execute initiatives, and monitor outcomes to achieve business objectives
  • Develop concrete business development plans, including but not limited to customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, and retention programs, to nurture high-potential and high-value customer segments through targeted acquisition, development, and consolidation strategies
  • Collaborate with product managers to enrich product offerings within the brand, deepen service quality, and optimize both brand image and customer experience
  • Establish end-to-end customer relationship management and services models for each customer segment to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure timely and contextually relevant communication
  • Define frontline training needs, provide content for training, and establish internal communications
  • Identify and select various types of commercial organizations/partners to explore collaborative business opportunities
  • Propose necessary operational resource allocation to management to ensure effective utilization of resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • A minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years within Banking and / or Financial Institution; including at least 2 years of supervisory and / or management experience;
  • Familiar with Personal Banking Wealth Management and related Products (including Deposit, Unit Trust, Bonds, Securities, Structured Products, Insurance and Mortgage, etc)
  • Understand market and competitors practice on Wealth Management and related Products
