We Are Seeking: Product Operations Manager (P2P, Fiat, Payments)
This is a hands-on role focused on optimizing user experience, managing operational risk, and driving data-informed improvements across digital payment and P2P transaction processes. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to launch new features, ensure compliance, and support the evolution of a leading digital asset platform.
The role is ideal for someone with deep operational experience in payments or fintech, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building the future of digital finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify pain points and opportunities in P2P transaction processes to enhance user experience
- Implement and oversee fraud prevention strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint issues and drive improvements
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to launch new features and evolve the platform
- Maintain communication with customer service teams to establish SOPs for issue resolution and reduce complaint rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational management experience in P2P, fiat, or payments (experience in crypto or fintech sectors preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
