Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain core trading and research infrastructure.
- Build scalable, high-performance systems for data processing, risk management, and trade execution.
- Collaborate with quants and traders to implement and support trading strategies.
- Contribute to system reliability through automation, monitoring, and incident response best practices.
- Design clean architecture and apply modern development practices to ensure robust, production-ready code.
Requirements
- 3–15 years of professional development experience in a financial or technology-driven environment.
- Strong Python programming skills ; experience with C++ or other languages a plus.
- Solid understanding of real-time, high-performance, or quantitative applications .
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
