Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising efforts across APAC ,targeting UHNWIs, family offices, private banks, and institutional investors
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with family offices, private banks, and institutional investors
  • Develop and execute investor outreach strategies, pitchbooks, and performance updates
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial and operational data for investor updates
  • Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists
  • Manage post-investment communications and reporting for LPs
  • Participate in investor roadshows and track portfolio performance for investor updates and committee reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Candidate with CFA or CAIA certificate is preferred
  • 8–10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital formation within asset management, private credit, or private equity
  • Dynamic professional with a hybrid background in investor relations, fundraising, and product strategy
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments, especially private credit and structured products
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
