Our client is a quant hedge fund expanding their offshore business based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Formulate and execute institutional cooperation plans that support the company's long-term strategy, focusing on capital referral and resource expansion.
- Institutional Engagement: Manage end-to-end relationship development with brokers, wealth management firms, and other financial institutions-including initial outreach, business negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing client marketing.
- Channel Management: Build and maintain multi-channel distribution networks, ensuring strong client relationships and high-quality post-sale service.
- Product Promotion & Roadshows: Lead product presentations and roadshows to enhance market visibility and client understanding.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market needs to inform business development strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related business disciplines. Preference given to graduates from 985/211 universities and those with international study experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in institutional cooperation within financial services, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep interest in finance and solid understanding of the private equity and quantitative investment sectors.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Familiarity with financial institution business models and operational workflows.
- Proven experience in fundraising and marketing to institutional and channel clients.
- Strong sense of accountability, resilience under pressure, and a proactive learning mindset.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
