My client is a leading insurance provider company, seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior manager during a busy period. This is a 6-month-contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with the organisation of company events and meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a financial services firm is a must.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
