Your new company My client, a well-established organization in the financial services sector, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Marketing team.
Your new role
Participate in organizing and executing event marketing campaigns.
Help develop and Implement communication efforts across multiple platforms.
- Create compelling content across formats-websites, social media, and event collateral.
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines.
Analyzing customer data to identify trends and segment customers, designing and launching loyalty programs with tiered benefits and rewards, and creating personalized, targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
Handling walk-in enquiries involves greeting visitors, actively listening to understand their needs, providing accurate information about products or services.
Take on additional projects as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Holds a bachelor's degree, ideally in Communication, Public Relations or Marketing-related subjects.
Brings a minimum of 8 years' (3 years' for AM) relevant content or event marketing experience, preferably from banking, Finance, or Corporate sectors.
Strong analytical, communication, and issue-solving abilities.
Mature, proactive, and eager to pick up new skills.
Detail-focused and comfortable working independently.
Fluent language ability in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
