The Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on Windows 10 and Windows 11 migrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions and provide support for end-users during and after the migration process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience with Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 migration projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
