Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for system maintenance and operations
  • Provide daily application support for users
  • Monitor and ensure the reliability, performance and stability of business systems
  • Track issues, conduct production incident analysis, and follow up on action items that arise
  • Support version upgrades and system deployments
  • Assist Project Manager in project management, coordination, systems implementation and modification
  • Prepare user guides & any other technical documentation
  • Develop tools/reports based on users requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in in FCMs IT dept or in futures system vendors R&D team
  • Strong project management and vendor management capabilities are required, with proven track record in system deployment and vendor management
  • Experience in global Futures systems setup/operation is preferred, i.e., ION/FIS/ESunny etc.
  • Familiar with at least one program language, e.g., Python
  • Understanding of derivative market and its operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and client serving skills
  • Able to work independently and a team player with proactive mindset
  • Excellent command of / fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
