A bank with a global presence is seeking a Legal Documents Coordinator to join their Commercial team.
Your new role
- Arrange signing of legal documents with clients and internal teams
- Oversee and verify the organisation of project files
- Maintain accurate tracking and secure record-keeping of documents
- Support banking projects by managing documentation, focusing on signing coordination and maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Assist with various tasks and special projects as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least two years of relevant professional experience
- Background in multinational firms, managing legal documents, or paralegal work is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical abilities
- Detail-focused, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Strong command of written and spoken English
