Your new company A bank with a global presence is seeking a Legal Documents Coordinator to join their Commercial team.
Your new role
Arrange signing of legal documents with clients and internal teams
Oversee and verify the organisation of project files
Maintain accurate tracking and secure record-keeping of documents
Support banking projects by managing documentation, focusing on signing coordination and maintaining an efficient filing system.
Assist with various tasks and special projects as needed
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
At least two years of relevant professional experience
Background in multinational firms, managing legal documents, or paralegal work is highly preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical abilities
Detail-focused, proactive, and capable of working independently
Strong command of written and spoken English
