A leading hedge funds is looking to build out their cybersecurity and identity governance function at a senior level by recruiting for an (Vice) President, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
This role reports to senior leadership and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IGA solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management across the group.
Candidates should have exposure in the following:
- Hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar
- Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and Active Directory group structures
- Experience defining and implementing access governance processes including access certifications and remediation
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR)
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to collaborate with technology, security, HR, and compliance teams
- Leadership experience and willingness to be hands-on in implementation and support
Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific certifications such as CIAM or SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer.
