My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management - Operations Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives across Hong Kong operations. This role will be responsible for leading change programs, optimising operational processes, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Lead end-to-end change initiatives including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive change adoption.
    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communications to support change readiness.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change impacts and mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
    • Support the design and rollout of new operating models, systems, and tools.
    • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Risk & Impact Management

    • Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for operational risks.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards during change implementation.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, operations, or transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of leading complex change programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and business transformation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a regional or global organisation.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
