My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management - Operations Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives across Hong Kong operations. This role will be responsible for leading change programs, optimising operational processes, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in change management, operations, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex change programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and business transformation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a regional or global organisation.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
