Key Responsibilities
  • Distributors Portal Support
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to support an initiative focused on POS-related business activities.
    • Facilitate the implementation of features such as e-FNA, e-quotation, e-application, and underwriting workflows for new products and ongoing improvement.
    • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Customer Portal Enhancement
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to expand self-service capabilities post-launch.
    • Define and validate requirements for new functionalities including loan payment, claims and policy change modules.
    • Monitor user feedback and recommend improvements to enhance portal usability.
  • General Duties
    • Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate needs into actionable specifications.
    • Conduct application testing and coordinate UAT to ensure quality delivery.
    • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues post-deployment.
    • Act as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for portal-related processes and systems.
Qualifications
  • Proven 5 or above years of experience in business analysis within insurance
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially customer-facing portals and distributor tools.
  • Hands-on experience in requirement documentation, testing coordination, and production support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cantonese and English proficiency preferred.
