  • A well established Bank in HK is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead their C&B function. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the bank's performance management cycle and overseeing key compensation and talent initiatives that support our business objectives.

Your new role
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Own and execute the full employee performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage bonus and incentive schemes, including annual bonus calculations and payout processes.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, high-potential identification, and career development frameworks.
  • Provide strategic guidance on C&B policies, benchmarking, and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across HR and business units to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance standards.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing performance cycles, bonus frameworks, and talent programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in written and spoken communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
