Overview

Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee agent onboarding and support digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with strong operational experience, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for process improvement.



Key Responsibilities

  • Agent Onboarding & Licensing

    • Manage end-to-end onboarding procedures including documentation review, contract preparation, and system updates.
    • Explain contract terms clearly to new recruits and ensure compliance with HKIA and MPFA regulations (new applications, renewals, cancellations, CPD).
  • Operational Governance

    • Draft, review, and maintain operational manuals, guidelines, and agency contracts.
    • Ensure all documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • System & Process Enhancement

    • Collaborate with system developers to define business requirements and user specifications.
    • Conduct UAT and support system upgrades to improve recruitment workflows and efficiency.
  • Team Support & Change Management

    • Assist the supervisor in leading digital transformation projects.
    • Guide team members through organizational changes and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ad Hoc Projects

    • Participate in agency events and support special assignments as needed.


Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years in the insurance industry, with hands-on experience in agent recruitment systems.
    • 2-3 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficient in written Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially advanced skills in Access.
    • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements.
