Assistant Finance Manager, Credit Control

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to manage loans and accounts receivable while assessing risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Loans and Accounts Receivable:

  • Oversee all loan management activities and accounts receivable processes.
  • Assess and analyze risk exposure related to loans and receivables.
  • Review loan contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

2. Trace Fund Exposure:

  • Monitor fund exposure and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions.
  • Prepare reports on fund availability and allocate resources accordingly.

3. Review Financial and Management Accounts:

  • Conduct regular reviews of financial accounts and management accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

4. Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies related to loan management and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of audit experience. CPA certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a financial role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
  • Detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, independent, well-organized, and self-motivated.
