Job Responsibilities - Handle daily payment operations, inclding cheque issues and deposit accounting entries
- Work closely with our team members to assist with payment arrangements upon renewal
- Prepare monthly payment reports to FAD, e.g. Accrual, Prepayment, etc
- Provide support to the team and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements - Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent time management, mature and independent with good negotiation, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
