Job Requirements
  • 1.本科及以上學歷,市場行銷、廣告傳媒、商業管理或相關專業優先。
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related fields preferred.
  • 2.3年以上金融/互聯網行業行銷推廣經驗,熟悉信用卡/消費金融產品推廣邏輯。
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial/tech industry marketing, with knowledge of credit card/consumer finance promotion.
  • 3.精通數字行銷工具(如Google Analytics、SEO/SEM、社交媒體平臺),具備活動策劃及數據分析能力。
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM) with strong campaign planning and data analysis skills.
  • 4.創意豐富,對熱點敏感,能獨立完成行銷方案設計及跨部門協作落地。
  • Creative mindset, ability to capture trends, and drive end-to-end campaign execution with cross-functional teams.
  • 5.出色的溝通能力與執行力,抗壓性強,能在快節奏環境中高效完成目標。
  • Excellent communication and execution skills, resilient under pressure, and goal-oriented in fast-paced environments.
  • 6.中英文流利,普通話標準,具備優秀的內容撰寫與提案能力。
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with exceptional copywriting and presentation skills.
