Job Requirements
  • 1.大專及以上學歷，金融、市場行銷、商務管理等相關專業優先。
  • College degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
  • 2.1年以上電話銷售或金融行業銷售經驗，熟悉信用卡/貸款產品者優先。
  • Minimum 1 year of telephone sales or financial industry sales experience; familiarity with credit card/loan products is a plus.
  • 3.出色的溝通表達能力與抗壓能力，能高效完成電話溝通並處理客戶異議。
  • Strong communication skills and resilience, capable of handling high-volume calls and resolving customer objections effectively.
  • 4.目標導向，具備優秀的客戶服務意識及團隊協作精神。
  • Result-driven with excellent customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
  • 5.熟練使用辦公軟體（如Excel、PPT），具備基礎數據分析能力。
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) with basic data analysis skills.
  • 6.中英文書寫及口語流利，精通普通話。
  • 6.Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
