Job Responsibilities

  • 4.提案及分析新產品，開展競品分析、可行性研究，推進新產品審批流程並與相關部門達成協議。
  • Propose and analyze new products, conduct competitive analysis, feasibility study, and new product approval processes grant agreement to related departments.
  • 5.負責用戶驗收測試，組織新功能/版本發佈的培訓，籌備產品上市工作。
  • Undertake user acceptance test and arrange training on the changes/new release of the product function and prepare for product launch.
  • 6.確保業務符合相關法規要求及內部政策。
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • 7.按要求完成臨時指派任務。
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.
Job Requirements
  • 1.大學本科畢業，主修經濟、金融或相關專業。
  • University graduate in Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
  • 2.至少3年銀行或金融行業相關經驗，具產品管理經驗及知識者優先。
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in banking or financial industry, preferably with good knowledge and experience in product management.
  • 3.熟悉各類銀行產品及服務運作。
  • General understanding of various banking products and services.
  • 4.具備較強的問題解決能力及責任感，能在資源有限情況下優先處理任務。
  • Strong problem-solving skill and responsible, able to prioritize the jobs with limited resources.
  • 5.溝通及執行能力突出，注重高質量成果，抗壓能力強並能按時完成任務。
  • Strong communication skills and execution skill with high quality outcome, can work under pressure to complete the task on time.
  • 6.中英文書寫及口語流利，精通普通話。
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
