Job Responsibilities - 1.Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute growth strategies for personal lending products (unsecured installment loans, card-based cash advances/loans).
- Identify key growth drivers (e.g., customer acquisition, product innovation, channel optimization, pricing) and implement targeted business plans.
- Own core KPIs: Drive performance on loan interest income, installment loan disbursement volume, interest-bearing loan balance, and total loan portfolio balance.
- 2.Product Strategy & Marketing Leadership
- Lead end-to-end product strategies for lending products (e.g., feature enhancements, lifecycle management).
- Design customer segmentation models and personalized pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop innovative loan solutions and go-to-market campaigns for niche segments.
- 3.Digital Transformation & Customer Experience
- Champion digital initiatives: Optimize digital loan application journeys, enhance e-channel onboarding, and deploy digital-exclusive incentive programs.
- Increase digital channel contribution to overall loan business volume.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- 4.Data-Driven Decision Making
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define high-potential customer segments and conduct portfolio analysis (risk, revenue, behavior).
- Leverage big data for precision marketing, risk-based pricing, and product design.
- 5.Multi-Channel Sales Management
- Coordinate sales channels (branches, inbound/outbound call centers, digital platforms) to align strategies with business goals.
- Monitor channel performance (conversion rates, efficiency) and optimize resource allocation.
- 6.Market Intelligence & Competition
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities (product launches, pricing, promotions)
- Identify opportunities/threats and formulate countermeasures to enhance market share.
- 7.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders (Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, IT, Marketing) to ensure timely delivery of integrated programs.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years in banking/finance, with experience in unsecured lending/personal loans.
- Proven team leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in building teams or managing high-growth portfolios.
- Digital-first mindset and passion for data-driven optimization.
- Local market knowledge and client network in the region.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for consumer lending.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written/spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Chinese word processing tools.
- Agile project management capabilities.
