The Role
Associate/AVP, ESOP Account Manager, Equity Sales & Derivatives
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain good relationship with ESOP VIP clients, especially Tencent and Ali;
- Response ESOP VIP clients in professional manner and on timely basis;
- Keep track on instruction and progress update with ESOP VIP clients;
- Perform KYC and AML review on existing on-going clients and new onboarding clients;
- Coordinate daily tasks or ad-hoc tasks closely with relevant departments;
- Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-has tasks as assigned.
Skills & Experience
- Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 1 year related work experience;
- Solid experience in ESOP product & customer servicing are an advantage;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skill;
- Independent, responsible and detail-minded with positive working attitude;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficient in MS Office application.
