Your new role - Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technical teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Domain knowledge of insurance is required; General Insurance (GI) experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
