Job Responsibilities:
* Provide first line helpdesk support to internal users;
* Support Windows OS, Outlook mail, Anti-virus, MS-Office Applications, Bloomberg, Voice and Video conferencing system set-up and troubleshooting;
* Perform daily routine tasks, preparation of the system backup schedule, and maintain hardware, software inventory management;
* Maintain IT inventory and handle procurement on software, hardware and equipment, etc.
* Perform hardware & software administration and IT operational procedures and compliances;
* Assist in the implementation of ad-hoc IT projects.
Job Requirements:
* Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines;
* 1-2 years hands-on experience in helpdesk support; Fresh Graduate will also be considered
* Experience in PC hardware, MS Office, VC Equipment, IP Phone, Windows Server, Active Directory, VPN, VMWare and Veeam backup, etc.;
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
* Good team player, pro-active, self-motivated to look for solutions, independent;
* Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
