Summary: Our client is a top global insurance company. This Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager role is a key contributor role, facilitating multi-year digital initiatives to enhancement, revamp and develop digital products (web and mobile app) for the insurance groups Asia business.
This role sits on business side under the digital product team, and the ideal candidate should demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with previous track records working in digital product management roles.
Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze business pain-points/ requirements to formulate digital roadmap, milestones and practical enhancements/ features of digital products (web/ mobile app) to assist the business to strive for business goals
- Work closely with development teams (from IT department) to implement enhancement changes
- Oversee project cycle, ensuring the deliverables align with business goals, timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Facilitate requirements workshops and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Align product features and roadmap with business objectives and governance standards
Requirements: - Has obtained Bachelor's degree(s) from higher education institutions
- With 5+ years relevant experience in digital product management nature
- Certified in PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a strong analytical and change-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
