Your new role
  • Support the company's regulatory compliance efforts, including document drafting and review, attending project meetings, and managing filings.
  • Review of all policies and procedures to ensure they comply with the regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives and help uphold strong corporate governance practices.
  • Conduct research on regulatory developments and compliance-related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders under supervision.
  • Handle enquiries from regulatory bodies, compile periodical reports for management, steer for ad-hoc compliance projects or investigations when required.
  • Carry out additional assignments as directed by the Manager or Head of Compliance. Identify potential issues or concerns and prepare findings with recommendations for corrective actions as necessary.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor degree holder in Law (LLB) or Business/other related fields.
  • Require 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking/financial services/legal practice/Fintech industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance issues in Fintech, electronic banking, or IT application development is a plus, but not a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • With the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and show commitment to responsibilities.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
