Associate Director in the
Project Management Office to join their team.
Your new role
- Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies and templates
- Oversee project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Monitor project performance and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects
- Facilitate resource planning and allocation across multiple projects
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication among project teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of PMO experience
- Exposure in the Financial Services or Insurance industry is a plus
- PMP, PMI or related project qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead various ongoing projects
