Rate: 7000-7300 HKD per day

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Manager to lead programme management office activities for a complex, large-scale change initiative within the financial services sector. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader to drive cost control, governance, reporting, and benefit realisation across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of progressive PMO or Programme Controls experience in large, complex transformation programmes.
- Proven expertise in financial controls, cost management, and commercial oversight.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success driving governance frameworks and operational excellence.
- Expertise in programme management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, Excel).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience within financial services, ideally securities services or asset services, highly desireable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including client interfacing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Experience leading PMO teams or managing multi-disciplinary programme controls functions.
- Background in benefit realisation management and strategic delivery support.
