Overview:
A foreign corporate bank is looking for a Credit Admin Manager with 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing bilateral and syndicated loan documents for corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare, review, and finalize facility and security documentation tailored to corporate client needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Draft, check, and provide detailed feedback on loan agreements and related documents, ensuring they accurately reflect the terms agreed upon with corporate clients.
Follow up on precedent and subsequent loan conditions, financial covenants, and other obligations, ensuring corporate clients adhere to the terms of their financing agreements.
Proactively identify deficiencies in documentation and workflow processes; report findings and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in credit administration.
Verify the terms and conditions of loan agreements and drawdown letters, and manage the disbursement process for corporate loans, ensuring timely and accurate funding.
Prepare and monitor collateral reports for corporate clients, assessing the quality and value of collateral to mitigate risks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in credit Administration, with a strong background in managing corporate client accounts
Relevant working experience in credit admin or loan operation
Familiarity with processing bilateral and syndicated loans etc
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
