Our client is a leading Asia investment bank looking to expand their IPO execution team in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution & Coordination:
Lead and support the execution process of IPO in Hong Kong Exchange, coordinating with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and
other investment banks.
Ensure compliance with relevant securities laws, listing rules by reviewing documentation and liaising with regulatory bodies in
Hong Kong
Lead thorough due diligence to confirm the company is an eligible IPO candidate. Develop financial models, prepare valuation
analyses, and assist in determining appropriate pricing for the IPO shares.
Manage and review the prospectus, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
- Client Relations & Investor Engagement:
Collaborate with clients and guide them through the entire IPO process, including developing strategic ideas.
- Roadshow & Book-Building:
Assist in organizing the roadshow to generate investor interest and manage the book-building process to gauge investor demand
and finalize the IPO price.
Independently manage the IPO process from start to finish, providing regular updates to MDs
Required Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or equity capital markets.
- Skills: Strong analytical, financial modelling, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication,
particularly in English and Mandarin Chinese. Ability to work independently, collaboratively to meet tight deadlines
