We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming 1-year contract role.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support projects involving governmental policy, legal, and regulatory frameworks, working closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Legal functions.
This is a non-IT role, ideally suited for a PM with a strong understanding of multi-jurisdiction regulatory environments and business entity setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects involving regulatory, legal, and compliance-related changes
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Legal
- Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulations and ensure timely project delivery
- Support the setup and structuring of business entities in compliance with applicable laws
- Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing projects involving government policies, law, and regulation
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional compliance and regulatory environments
- Experience with business entity formation and structuring
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in Risk, Compliance, and Legal
- Strong project planning, execution, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-border setting
