Your new role
  • Leading a team of 25 in Hong Kong
    • Develop and execute the company's IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
    • Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery across all business units.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and accountability.
      • Serve as the executive sponsor and program lead for ERP initiatives, including system selection, implementation, and optimisation.
      • Oversee the upgrade or replacement of legacy systems, with a focus on finance, HR, and procurement platforms.
    • Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, budgets, and change management efforts.
    • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business needs into technology solutions.
    • Communicate IT strategy, risks, and performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
    • Champion user adoption and training programs to maximise system value.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation or enhancement (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Mandarin speaking is a must - Cantonese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a local enterprise or mid-sized organization preferred.
