Your Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and closing enterprise-level leads, acquiring and retaining merchant partners, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. You will conduct business reviews, build strong relationships with merchants, and collaborate with internal teams to drive merchant success. This role requires close coordination with product and integration teams to address feature gaps and a strong partnership with marketing to fuel growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within the food tech or payments industry
- Proven track record in navigating complex sales cycles with large enterprise clients
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Self-starter with a can-do" approach and ability to multitask under pressure
- Passionate about working in a startup environment and making a regional impact
- Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance workflows and productivity
